Under Croatian and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. If you explicitly request that work begins before this period expires, the right of withdrawal is waived on completion of the service.
Full refund within 7 working days if no translation work has begun.
The deposit or advance payment is applied to work completed at the point of cancellation. Any surplus is refunded within 14 working days.
If the delivered translation contains material errors, we will correct them at no charge within 5 working days. Stylistic preferences not specified in the original brief are not covered.
