These terms govern all translation and related services provided by business-translator, Novoselečki put 167, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped. All prices are in EUR and exclude Croatian PDV (VAT) where applicable.
Payment is processed via Stripe. Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment. For large projects, a 50% deposit may be requested before work begins.
Delivery timelines are confirmed at the point of quotation. Timelines begin from receipt of complete source materials. Projects start within one working day of payment confirmation.
business-translator treats all client materials as confidential. Translators operate under confidentiality obligations. NDA arrangements are available on request.
Croatian law applies. Jurisdiction: Zagreb, Croatia. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
